About Dr. Horn

Dr. Horn is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon with a focus on shoulder and elbow reconstructive surgery.  As a native Hoosier, he attended DePauw University in Greencastle, IN and was a 3 year varsity letterman playing football for the Tigers. He attended medical school at Midwestern University and attended residency at Michigan State University.
